Sneak Peek {Chase Long}
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with this cutie pie and his family at McDaniel Farm Park in Duluth. It was a perfect afternoon, and the sunlight couldn't have been better! This photoshoot taught me that two year olds don't need a room filled with toys to make them happy . . . they just need a large field of grass, some sticks, and a dandelion! Thank you Chase, for being such a great little subject to photograph! Here are a few of my favorites from their photoshoot. Enjoy!
I Heart Faces Challenge - Sun Flare
These two year old twins are the children of one of my best friends. She said they never kiss each other or hold hands for pictures, but lo and behold the moment came during their photoshoot!

I Heart Faces - Innocent Wonder
I love this picture of this little cutie, because her eyes do all of the wondering . . . What happened to my lollipop?

I Heart Faces Challenge - Smiles
This isn't the biggest smile I had on file, but it is probably the most sentimental. There is nothing quite as pure as the emotion exchanged between a father and daughter on her wedding day. There is so much love and respect behind this smile, that I had no choice but to use this picture in this week's challenge.

And the Winner is . . .
Wow . . . I am amazed at the number of people who took the time to vote. You all have amazing family and friends who love and support you!
I never imagined when I began this contest that it would take flight the way it did (Well over 400 total votes!). Nevertheless, I have read, counted, and recounted each comment and email. So many of your family and friends wrote such nice comments . . . I would encourage you to go back and read them in your spare time. I really think they would brighten your day!
Now, for the moment you've been waiting for. With so much involvement, I couldn't possibly keep the prize at JUST a 16x24 print. Afterall, our winner(s) spent hours calling, texting, Facebooking, emailing, etc. to get these votes. So, the FIRST PLACE WINNER, will receive a:
16x24 print
$75 gift certificate to use in 2011
$75 gift certificate to give to a friend
With 129 votes, the FIRST PLACE WINNER IS . . .
Little Buddy

With such a close competition, I couldn't possibly let the SECOND place winner go away empty handed. The SECOND PLACE winner will receive an 11x14 print and a $50 gift certificate to use in 2011.
The SECOND PLACE winner, with 115 votes is . . .
